No. Cake Crush is not a play-to-earn game. It is designed purely for entertainment — play for fun.

Q4: Why are there ads in the game?

Ads help us keep the game free for all players. We are continuously working to ensure ads do not disrupt gameplay more than necessary.

Q5: Can I remove ads?

Yes. Optional in-app purchases may be available to reduce or remove ads, depending on the version of the game.

Q6: The game freezes or crashes. What should I do?

Please try the following:

  • Restart the game
  • Update to the latest version
  • Restart your device

Please restart the level first and make sure your game is updated to the latest version.

Our levels are designed to be challenging but fun. We regularly review difficulty balance based on player feedback.

Q9: Why do I have limited moves or boosters?

Strategic gameplay is part of the challenge in Cake Crush. Using boosters wisely can help you pass difficult levels more efficiently.

Q10: Does the game support multiple languages?

We are working on improving localization and adding more language support in future updates.

Q11: The game doesn’t work well on my device. What can I do?

Please make sure your device is updated to the latest OS version and has enough free storage space.

If issues persist, contact support and include your device details for faster troubleshooting.

Q12: I didn’t receive a reward after winning. What should I do?

Please restart the game first. If the reward is still missing, contact support and we will help investigate the issue.

Q13: How can I report a problem or give feedback?

You can report issues directly in the game for faster support:

  • On the Map Scene, tap the ⚙️ Settings button
  • Tap Report Issue
  • This will send us your UserTag and basic device information, helping us assist you more efficiently

Q14: Can I turn off the move hints?

Yes. If you prefer to play without move suggestions:

  • Enter a level
  • Tap the ⚙️ Settings button
  • Toggle Hint on or off
Q15: Can I turn off sound, music, or vibration?

Yes. In the Settings menu, you can turn Sound, Music, and Vibration on or off at any time.
